This workshop is for you if you want to create some major change in your personal or professional life. This need to transform - often felt in the midlife stage of life - can be related to a specific project that has already started to take some shape, or it can just be a vague feeling of "this was fine so far - but I would like to do something different in the second half of my life".

This workshop will teach you basic drum journey skills and introduce the Medicine Wheel, so that you can access your inner wisdom and your spiritual helpers to support you on your journey.

• Journey for a spirit guide (in totem animal or human form) to help you in this specific phase of your life. If you already have a power animal, you can strengthen and focus the relationship for this next phase of your life.
  
• Connect with your True Self and learn how to work with it in everyday life and for making important life decisions.

• Learn more about the barriers that might get in your way, and the resources you have to enable your goals.
