Stress Release & Vitality
We live in a dynamic, complex and fast-moving society. This can cause stress and stress-related illnesses. Reconnecting to your 'inner power' and managing your energy will enable you to find vitality, inspiration and connection with others in these crazy times.
Our experience of 'stress' is created in our minds and reflected/intensified in our bodies. Therefore, in our coaching sessions or workshops, we will use mind-body work, mindfulness and meditation to help gain clarity about what causes your specific feeling of stress. You will then learn how to re-connect to your inner power, work with your attitude and your physical reaction to stress. This also leads to more empowered ways of dealing with external stress drivers (for example finding appropriate ways to give feedback or to say no when things get too much. Exploring 'hard' and 'soft' ways of problem solving and working on your resilience).
Depending on your needs, the coaching may contain an imagination 'journey', a guided meditation to help you reconnect to your inner calm and wisdom. Or we may use Reiki meditations and breathing exercises to work on mindfulness. Tai Chi principles and body work can teach you how to relax the body while remaining present and engaged.
