Stress Release and Vitality
We live in a dynamic, complex and fast-moving society. This can cause stress and stress-related illnesses. Reconnecting with your 'inner power' and managing your energy in a different way will allow you to find vitality, inspiration and new resources in these crazy times.
Stress factors may be thrown at you by your life or work context. But your experience of 'stress' is created in your mind and reflected in your body. Therefore, in our mentoring sessions, we will use mind-body methods to work with stress. You will learn how to work with your mindset and your physical intelligence, while connecting to your through essence, to who you really are.
Depending on your needs and preferred working methods, you may be taken on an imagination 'journey' (an active visualisation) or use Reiki meditations to help you reconnect with your calm and inner wisdom. Tai Chi principles and breathing work can teach you how to relax the body while remaining present and engaged. Our work will also lead to your 'empowerment' in your life or work context. As you will be calmer and connected to your essence, you will find new ways of dealing with external stress drivers (for example: prioritising, finding appropriate ways to give feedback or to say no when things get though, exploring 'hard' and 'soft' ways of problem solving). If you like, we can continue our mentoring relationship to help you handle these external factors as well.

We offer workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions for companies and organisations who want to support their teams with stress release and vitality. These sessions are fully custom-designed to meet your needs, and may contain guided visualisations or other forms of meditation.
