Reiki Shares give you an opportunity to give and receive Reiki in a friendly atmosphere. If your Reiki teacher does not organise Shares, or you have lost touch with him/her, you are very welcome here.
Depending on the number of participants, we may work one-on-one or in small groups. Sometimes we will do a group healing with everybody or send distance Reiki to people or places who need it. You can also chat with other practitioners and exchange best practices and experiences.
As it is beneficial to develop a regular practice of working with Reiki, I will lead the group through a self-healing or meditation exercise at the beginning of each session. Most of these exercises are based on Mikao Usui's teachings, some may have been added later or were created for my own teaching practice. Examples are Kenyoku 'Dry Bathing', or Joshin Kokkyu Ho 'Soul Cleansing Breathing Method'.
Participants are invited to share their own energy exercises to inspire each other for self-development. If you have a method you would like to share, please get in touch before the session.
What to bring:
An open heart and mind.
If you come at 7.00pm to chat a bit, you may want to bring some biscuits. (A cuppa tea is available).
If you have a favourite Reiki music CD, you may want to bring it (no music with bell-signals to change positions, please). We sometimes work in silence though.
For your first Share, I need to see your Reiki certificate, and the name of your core teacher. You can bring it to the Share, or you may scan/send it in advance. This is just to ensure that we have genuine Reiki people there.
Please sign up for each Share (ideally by Wednesday in the week before the Share). Places are limited, therefore I need to know who is coming. Thanks!

Everybody with a Reiki degree (all styles).

Other Groups and Events
I also run a Drum Journey Circle and a Dream Weavers' Group for people who want to support each other with personal or professional change (you would have to attend all four sessions of this group). You don't need shamanic experience or journey skills for these groups.
We also celebrate the Solstices and Equinox with ceremonies and guided meditations.
Shamanic experience and journey skills are not needed to join these groups/events.
