Sovereignty: Liberate and Heal your Soul

Taking responsibility for your soul-health is an important step of 'growing up' in a spiritual way. If your soul - your deepest essence - is strong and intact, you will be able to develop personal sovereignty. This means that, on an energy level, you decide what you give out and what you allow in. You are not the 'victim' of any circumstances or people; Times may be tough, but you are in your (inner) power.

We will cover basic methods of soul healing which you can use on yourself. You will learn how to reclaim soul parts that you have given away, and how to release soul parts of others you are holding on to.
We do not cover "Soul retrieval" for others in this workshop, as this is expert knowledge for shamanic practitioners, and would take longer than a weekend course. However, we may offer Soul retrieval training in 2026, and this course would be the pre-requisite for it.

Revisiting shamanic journeying as a core tool for your everyday life; guidance, healing, transformation. Principles of working in the "Middle World".
Introduction of the concept of soul-health in a shamanic view.
Soul healing practices: Reclaim soul parts that you have given away. Let go of soul parts your are holding on to.
Soul retrieval for yourself.
Cord Cutting ceremony; cutting co-dependent ties and creating a high-energy network to all our positive relations.
Group ceremony to liberate, honour and empower your soul.

Weekend Course

Dates: 18/19 October 2025
Time: Saturday: 10.00am-6.30pm; Sunday 1.00-6pm. Sunday morning is for personal work on session topic. Do not schedule anything Sunday morning, or right after the workshop - you will need some time for yourself.
Where: Fireside Lodge, Hanwell, West London (non residential)
Costs: 220£ (non-refundable deposit to reserve your place: 60£).
Pre-requisites: Solid shamanic journey skills and experience, including practical work with your power animal. You must have attended the Foundation Course and ideally some Drum Circles at the Fireside Lodge. If you have attended a different shamanic training, please get in touch so that we can discuss your experience.

For the advanced workshops in this area, you must have good drum journey skills and a solid relationship to at least one power animal or spirit guide. You can gain these skills in our basic workshop "Drum Journey Skills - Foundations of Contemporary Shamanism", and ideally, you attend some of our drum journey circles.
