Guided Meditations in NatureThese are outdoor ceremonies where we visit selected trees, plants and other features of nature - and you will learn how to connect with them and ask them questions. For example, if you need to bring more flow into your life, we will go and sit with a local river and learn about flow. If you need more feminine power, we will pick a full moon night and spend some time outdoors. Depending on your needs, this can just be a one hour session in a local park - or a full day out of town.
These deep encounters with nature are especially valuable for people who live in an urban context and feel that they have lost connection with the beauty and wisdom of nature. After reconnecting in ceremonial ways, it will be easier to maintain this connection even in town. |
Sacred ForagingSacred Foraging is not so much about going after a large crop of berries to make jam... It is about connecting deeper with mother Earth and experiencing her nurturing power - through receiving a gift (and giving something in exchange).

Wildflower WalksI offer individual and group walks where you can meet local wildflowers, herbs and trees - and hear about their stories, folklore and ancient uses. Ethno-botany is the science of people's connection to plants; in a culinary, practical, medical and spiritual way. We will also talk about sustainable and respectful foraging, which is not about bringing in large crops, but receiving a small gift of nature to practice gratefulness.
