Mentoring for your Leadership JourneyOur world needs a new kind of leadership. We are almost at the brink of social and ecological disaster. There is a native saying that all our actions should be driven by our consideration for at least the next seven generations. We need people - leaders - who work for sustainability and the greater good, not just for the results of the next quarter...
'Leadership' has often been defined through status, office or external power; however, new leadership comes from the inside out. New leaders listen to their heart and work in connection with others for the greater good. Everybody can provide this kind of leadership for something they feel passionate about. Leadership means having vision, bringing the dream alive, inspiring others and being of service to those who are of service to others. Whether you have a formal leadership position or just feel passionate about making a difference - I would be honoured to be at your side when you start creating a world 'for all our relations'. |

Mid-Life Opportunities
Many people - many leaders - come to this work when they have reached their forties or fifties. Could this be you?
Answers to these questions will come from within. Opening the channels for the answers - and for even more searching questions - will take you on a journey that might be different from the world you know. It might feel challenging at times - overall, it will be blissful and exciting and make you more 'real'. |
New Leadership; Development Methods
We will have an initial chat about your needs and then custom-design a series of sessions for you. Below are some initial ideas of how I could be of service with my experience as an executive coach, shamanic practitioner and martial arts teacher.
Mental work: I use some leading-edge executive coaching tools to help you reflect on the way you think and go about things. We can shed light on what you consider the 'given framework' of your life. We can explore which aspects of this are based on facts, and which might be based on assumptions and get in the way of new possibilities. You may find that the way you define your action space is too narrow and there are much broader options to fully being YOU. |
Working with your shadows: Don't worry, we all have these; they can be inspirational and give us energy if we deal with them in an integrative and constructive way. Reflection and feedback are one way of working, but you might be better off learning how to 'journey' to the drum to get deeper insights and guidance. |
Physical work: Sometimes we know exactly what we want to do, but our body seems tense and blocked, hindering us moving into action. If this happens to you, my experience as a martial arts teacher can help you reconnect to your body as your friend. Breathing, relaxation exercises and movement work to increase focus, balance and presence can all be part of this. |
