Reiki Shares 

Reiki Shares give you an opportunity to give and receive Reiki in a friendly atmosphere, and work on self-healing and Reiki meditations. This is not just for my students: if your Reiki teacher does not organise Reiki Shares, or you have lost touch with your teacher, you are welcome in our group.

The Reiki Share has three parts:

• First part: Informal part - Socialising
  Participants are invited to join the Circle from 3pm onwards: to update each other on their life journey, ask questions and exchange best practices. This part is informal. 
  
  
• Second part: Self Healing and Reiki Meditations
  At 3.30pm, we start with some self-healing methods, which are important if we want to work on others. I lead the group through some exercises and meditations - mostly based on traditional Japanese Reiki and  Mikao Usui's teachings. Some may have been added later or were created for my own healing practice. Examples are Kenyoku 'Dry Bathing', or Joshin Kokkyu Ho 'Soul Cleansing Breathing Method'.
  I will also give participants occasional Reiju empowerments (similar to attunements).
  Participants are invited to share their own energy exercises to inspire each other for self-development. If you have a Reiki method you would like to share, please get in touch before the session.

 

• Third part: Exchange of Reiki Treatments
  Depending on the number of participants, we work one-on-one or in small groups.

What to bring:

• An open heart and mind.
• If you have a favourite Reiki music CD, do bring it (please note: We do not use music with bell-signals to prompt changing hand positions). 

Your Reiki Diploma:
For your first Share, I need to see your Reiki certificate, and the name of your teacher. You can bring it to the Share, or you may scan/send it in advance. This is just to ensure that we have genuine Reiki people there.

Who can participate:
Everybody with a Reiki 1 degree or higher (all styles).
We follow a code of practice (no small talk during sessions, no diagnosis, no touch of private parts or face, etc). If you join the Share, you commit to these group ethics. 

Timing: Sunday afternoons

• 3.00-3.30: Informal part, Socialising
• 3.30-6pm: Reiki Self Healing and Reiki Exchange

£20 per session.

Sign-up closes on Wednesday before the event.
