Usui Reiki Second Degree
Attunement Course

This course will strengthen the flow of Reiki and give you more skills and practices to treat yourself and others, including enabling you to treat those who are remote from you (distant healing).

Content:

The core attunements will give you access to Reiki symbols, which are tools to strengthen and focus the energy flow (you can compare them to funnels or keys for a keyhole).
You will learn how to use symbols for distant healing and energetic space clearing 
The symbols can also be used for mental/emotional cleansing (which is especially useful for people who think too much and can't access their intuition, or people who are ‘stuck’ in a worried or confused state of mind).

​Another great use of Reiki 2 is sending energy to past or future situations. For example, if you worry about an upcoming meeting, you can send Reiki to create a light, collaborative and productive atmosphere (you can't manipulate other people, or specific outcomes).

You can only unlock the full potential of Reiki when you use it on a regular base;  so we will explore further techniques of daily energy exercises.

To further connect you to the original Reiki system, we will explore the links between the symbols and Earth Ki (Ki=energy) and Heavenly Ki, practice the "Many hands" technique and further foster your intuitive Reiki through Usui's Reiji Ho technique.

Who can participate
You need an Usui Reiki 1 degree, and you will have used Reiki for self-treatment and self-development on a regular base for at least three months.
You will have gained some experience treating friends and family - and kept a journal of your experiences during this time.
If you learned your Reiki 1 with another teacher, I would like to talk with you first about the professional and ethical principles we use when giving Reiki, and see whether you have done enough practical work.
​If you have not learned Usui Reiki, but a different style, you will need to take my Reiki 1 course first.

• Location: Fireside Lodge, Hanwell, West London
• Weekend Course: Saturday, 10-6pm; Sunday 1.30-6pm. You will do some energy integration and practice work Sunday morning, so please keep that morning free for your course-work.
• Dates: 9/10 November 2024
• Preparation work: I will send out preparation / pre-read materials before the course, which will enable you to practice drawing the symbols before you join.
• Follow up work: To make sure that participants are ready to work on others, there will be a knowledge / best practice quiz and a request for documented case studies and self-treatments.  Each student will receive feed-back on case studies and a follow-up call.
• Costs: 280£ (80£ non-refundable deposit). This cost includes handouts, and the preparation and follow-up coaching for your case study work.

• 4 sessions of ca. 2 hours (includes time for preparation with a pre-read, distant healing practice and follow-up phone call ca. 3 weeks after the last lesson). You will get some info/materials before the first lesson, which will enable you to practice drawing the symbols before we meet.
• This course will enable you to work on others and also charge money for it. Therefore, there will be a knowledge / good practice quiz and a request for case studies before you gain your certificate. You will receive feedback for your case studies.
